Housing
Do you live or work in the Cheriton Bishop/Crockernwell area, and want
to find affordable housing in the village? (For rent, or for purchase at less
than current house prices) Do you know of someone in this position whether
family or friend? Perhaps someone who grew up in the village and would like to
return?
If
so please get the form at the bottom back to us, the Straw Poll
group. If there is no need then affordable housing
wont be pursued.

This
information will be confidential. We will use it to:-
a) push for more affordable housing to be built in the village
b) seek planning and raise finance for a Community Land Trust to
create housing that will
stay affordable in the village.
Incidentally,
if any non-CLT affordable housing comes up in the village, to be able to apply
for it people will have to be on Mid Devons housing waiting list, or
Teignbridge if you are on that side. This
is a completely separate and extra thing from responding to our straw poll. You

or by contacting the local housing team at the District Council.
